European Offices:

London:

The London office was established more than 40 years ago and boasts a premier team of lawyers qualified in the UK, US and jurisdictions around the world. The London-based international arbitration and dispute resolution practice is world renowned and has been involved in some of the largest, most complex and challenging international arbitrations to arise in recent years. The office’s white collar defence and investigations lawyers advise on all aspects of criminal and regulatory investigations, working across jurisdictions on matters such as fraud, insider dealing, market abuse, bribery and corruption, cartel defence, and corporate investigations. Berlin:

The Berlin office opened more than 25 years ago to serve the increasing needs of the firm’s international regulatory and public policy clients in unified Germany and Europe. The office has since become a leading regulatory law firm in Germany, offering services that span antitrust (including merger filings and cartel litigation), and public policy work (including addressing legislation and parliamentary inquiry committees). Brussels:

The Brussels office opened in 1990, just as the European Community introduced its merger control regulation and in anticipation of the impact of the single market in 1992. Since opening, the office has contributed to the leading reputation of the firm in Europe and has gained widespread recognition as one of the premier law offices in Brussels. The office serves clients in all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, merger control and state aid.
