- Regulatory: We advise clients on the full range of environmental issues, assist in developing compliance programs, counsel on risk mitigation, identify and manage product supply chain issues, and obtain needed permits and approvals for projects.
- Transactional: We manage environmental assessments, negotiate contracts and land use permitting for development projects. We also advise on the environmental aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
