Michael Daneker, Co-Managing Partner of the firm, concentrates his practice on environmental law and toxic tort litigation. He has defended citizen action suits, complex contaminated site litigation, Clean Water Act litigation, natural resource damage claims, debarment actions, and enforcement matters. He has served as primary defense counsel in numerous class action and other toxic tort lawsuits seeking personal injury, medical monitoring, and property damages, most recently related to emerging PFAS contaminants and radiation. He represented BP in the Deepwater Horizon matter, including the 2015 global settlement of federal, state, and local claims.
