Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Group consists of over 40 experienced lawyers, including 3 partners and 4 counsels. We represent clients before arbitration courts, state courts and administrative courts of all instances. We conduct negotiations pertaining to disputes on behalf of our clients , and assist in concluding settlement agreements.
We always start by analysing the risk arising from legal factors, trying to identify potential problems before they arise. In the case of litigation, we help to develop an optimal strategy. We primarily try to help solve the problem, without limiting our role to efficiently coordinating the proceedings.
