Paweł Samborski has been specializing in resolving construction disputes for 15 years. Has wide experience in representing international and local contractors, investors, designers and consultants in disputes relating to, i.a. additional money and time, delay damages, defects, termination of contracts, cashing of bank guarantees, issues with subcontractors and intra-JV conflicts. He worked on construction disputes resulting from projects executed in Poland, Romania and the Middle East. He represented clients before state courts and in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and ad hoc.

Paweł studied "Construction Law and Dispute Resolution" at King's College in London and completed Advanced Arbitration Academy held by ICC Court of Arbitration. He is a member of Society of Construction Law, King's College Society of Construction Law, member of the Integrity Management Committee FIDIC, member of the Board of the Polish Arbitration Association and member of the Arbitration Committee at the Court of Arbitration at Konfederacja Lewiatan. He is active within ICC community, being the member of ICC’s Polish National Committee and ICC CEE group. Paweł started his legal career in 2000 and has been working for international law firms since 2003.
