- Warners’ private client and elderly client specialisms has been enhanced by the addition of a Court of Protection team, which provides a full service for clients at all stages of life, whether capable or incapable. This covers an extensive range of cases providing deputyship services as well as contentious and non-contentious applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills and lifetime gifts.
