Gail offers practical experience and advice to clients who need help arranging their inheritance and estate planning affairs. She advises on Wills, probate, inheritance tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues, acting as an attorney and deputy for clients when needed. She has particular experience in advising farming clients on succession planning, being a member of Warners’ agricultural team and she is also a member of the team advising elderly and vulnerable clients. She is a trained ‘Dementia Friend’.
Gail started her career as a solicitor with a large firm based in Maidstone. She qualified in 2009 and joined Warners in 2013, becoming a partner in 2015.
