Practice Areas

Gail offers practical experience and advice to clients who need help arranging their inheritance and estate planning affairs. She advises on Wills, probate, inheritance tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues, acting as an attorney and deputy for clients when needed. She has particular experience in advising farming clients on succession planning, being a member of Warners’ agricultural team and she is also a member of the team advising elderly and vulnerable clients. She is a trained ‘Dementia Friend’.

Career

Gail started her career as a solicitor with a large firm based in Maidstone. She qualified in 2009 and joined Warners in 2013, becoming a partner in 2015.

Gail contributes articles to local publications relating to her practice area and also local radio.

Personal

Before qualifying as a solicitor Gail spent 15 years working for London fine art valuers and auctioneers, having graduated from the Courtauld Institute, London University, in History of Art and Architecture.
