One challenge for foreign clients to sue infringers in China is the difference in the court system and the burden of evidence collection, which requires the plaintiff to conduct in-depth investigation and formal notarization for court use. With collaboration with our Beijing office and other branch offices, and with the aid of ACIP self-owned investigation team, attorneys have been able to ensure effective evidence collection despite absence of discovery in person, as well as efficient court archive retrieval, efficient administrative investigation, and quick actions across China.
