Firm Overview:
We are a team of lawyers with a modern approach that intends to break the static mold that normally characterizes the legal practice in Mexico, representing our clients in diverse matters of transactional and litigious nature, offering dynamic and efficient solutions.

The Firm was found by a group of lawyers that decided to combine their vast experience in the top law firms in Mexico and the United States, seeking to continue with excellence in the provision of their services, but evolving to more modern approaches in line with the current reality.

CDA has three main practices (i) civil and commercial dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), with a highly specialized emphasis on the resolution of transactional and corporate disputes, as well as attention to legal proceedings in constitutional and administrative courts; (ii) corporate, normally related to cross-border and local M&A transactions, corporate governance, and corporate and financial restructuring; and (iii) diverse real estate transactions and operations.

Our clients are both national and foreign, and, in general, are individuals and companies whose businesses represent economically relevant operations in their jurisdictions and, moreover, their practice has included the defense or representation of governments at different levels.

The CDA team has specialized lawyers who have developed in some of the most recognized law firms in Mexico, both in litigation and transactional practices, in addition to the fact that several of them have extensive professional experience abroad and in dealing with matters with transnational components, which are developed in different jurisdictions. Likewise, CDA lawyers have excellent academic development, both in Mexico and, in many cases, in prestigious foreign institutions.

We are known for presenting an advanced and visionary service in the face of the needs and challenges of the Mexican market.

In addition, we apply technology to the legal field, as well as we adopt new models of entrepreneurship and innovation in the exercise of the legal profession.
