Alejandro Díaz Steta, is a founding partner of CDA, with broad experience in representing clients in a wide range of commercial transactions including those related with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring operations, financing, foreign investments, infrastructure, real estate, and bankruptcy procedures, as well as matters related to commercial and shareholder conflicts. These matters include advising private and public companies, banks, financial institutions, and private equity funds, among others.

Among his professional trajectory, he has participated as a party counsel in various national and international proceedings related to commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, commercial minority rights conflict, and corporate governance matters.

Alejandro has also represented financial institutions and corporate borrowers with respect to the implementation of financing deals and creation and implementation of complex secured structures over assets located in Mexico and abroad.

Represented Qualcomm Incorporated (public US company) in the acquisition of NXP Semiconductors N.V. (public Dutch company).

Represented Némesis Capital, manager of FibraPlus, in its settling and public offering process.

Represented CI Capital Partners in several portfolio acquisitions, including the acquisition of Hero Digital (digital agency).

Represented Grupo Vallas in the acquisition of 100% of Vía Verde.

Represented Helados Moyo in the acquisition of all of its assets by Grupo Herdez.

Represented Rush Street Gaming in its operations and joint ventures in Mexico.

Represented Grupo ICA in several matter of corporate and litigious nature, including certain shareholder conflict against Grupo Mall (Spanish real estate conglomerate), regarding a real estate development in Campeche, México.

Represented PGIM Real Estate, affiliate of Prudential, in several land acquisitions in Mexico, as well as in several joint Venture operations.

Represented Exeter Property Group, affiliate of Prudential, in several land acquisitions in Mexico.

Represented Gasored, business group formed by oil distributors in Mexico, in certain joint venture arrangement with the French energy company Total.

Represented Sancus Capital in several financial restructures related to the real estate project “Ciudad Mayakoba”, located in Riviera Maya (Playa de Carmen, México).

Represented various multinational companies in their operations in Mexico, including Hanesbrands, Recall Americas, McCain Foods, Chiesi Italia, Abbott Laboratories and The Semex Alliance.
