协力律师事务所成立于1998年，2011年改制为上海首家特殊的普通合伙制律师事务所，总部设在上海陆家嘴，在中国北京、苏州、长沙、南通、无锡、郑州、徐州、南京、厦门、杭州、大连、济南、福州、贵阳、青岛、重庆、淮安、昆明、合肥设有分所，并在日本大阪、福冈、东京、意大利米兰、法国巴黎、新加坡、德国柏林、瑞士日内瓦设有办公室。

Co-effort Law Firm was stablished in 1998 and restructured into the first special general partnership in Shanghai in 2011, with its head office in Shanghai. It has established offices in Beijing, Suzhou, Changsha, Nantong, Wuxi, Zhengzhou, Xuzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Dalian, Jinan, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Qingdao, Chongqing, Huai’an, Kunming and Hefei, and has set up international offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Milan, Paris, France, Singapore, Berlin and Geneva.
