The Insurance and Catastrophic Loss group consists of lawyers in Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, and California, the Robins Kaplan Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group represents leading U.S. and international commercial property, liability, and fidelity/surety insurance companies. Robins Kaplan has rewritten the law and established precedent, beginning over 70 years ago in Hayward v. State Farm.
