Career
William V. Reiss represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high profile, complex antitrust litigation, and counsels clients, particularly generic pharmaceutical companies, on antitrust issues. Mr. Reiss currently serves in leadership roles in several significant antitrust matters, including In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, In re Interior Molded Doors Indirect Purchaser Antitrust Litigation, and In re Keurig Green Mountain Single-Serve Coffee Antitrust Litigation. He served on the trial team for Coalition for a Level Playing Field, L.L.C. v. AutoZone, Inc., wherein he helped earn a precedent-setting defense victory in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Reiss provides pro bono legal services with Kids in Need of Defense and serves on the Board of Directors at the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights.
Mr. Reiss has been named an “Up and Coming Attorney” by Chambers USA (2020), recognized for “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer” by the American Antitrust Institute (2019), and named an “Antitrust Trailblazer” by the The National Law Journal (2018).
