Longstanding experience with leading international and domestic clients on benchmark Thailand/cross-border transactions: DEBT– Canopus International Ltd., a Mauritius entity andIndorama Ventures Plc. (IVL), Thailand’s largest integrated polyester producer and world’s second largest PET producer, on issuance/sale of zero coupon secured exchangeable bonds by Canopus, exchangeable into ordinary shares of IVL outside the U.S. under Rule 144A/Regulation S under U.S. Securities Act. The bonds were listed on the SGX. EQUITY– Central Retail Corporation Plc. on Thailand’s largest equity IPO by market value capitalization to date, valued at USD2.595B.
