Paradorn Leosakul is a partner at The Capital Law Office with over 15 years' experience in Capital Markets, M&A, and Corporate transactions. He represents issuers and underwriters on international and domestic offerings, equity and debt, under Rule 144A, Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act. His M&A experience includes advising on major domestic and cross-border transactions across a variety of sectors. He regularly provides Thai corporate law advice on complex multi-jurisdictional projects. Recent notable Capital Markets transactions include: Samart Corporation Plc. on an IPO/listing of Samart Aviation Solutions, and Central Retail Corporation Plc., and Srinaporn Marketing Plc. on SET IPO/listings. Significant M&A transactions: CVC Capital Partners and Equity Partners Ltd. on a cross-border acquisition of a stake in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya Plc., and VGI Plc. on a major acquisition in Plan B Plc. Other notable clients: BTS Holdings Plc., Phatra Securities Plc., and U City Plc.

Paradorn holds LL.M. degrees from New York University School of Law, and Indiana University School of Law, and an LL.B. degree from Thammasat University.
