Aimee’s practice focuses on strategic, business-focused management of complex IP and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country including patent infringement, contract disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark disputes, securities investigations and lawsuits, governmental investigations, and enforcement of non-competes.
