JAIME BARTLETT’s extensive trial experience informs strategy in her public company and individual representations in class actions, shareholder derivative, corporate governance litigation, civil fraud disputes and investigations in state and federal courts. Jaime has substantial experience representing companies and their officers and directors in shareholder class action litigation. Her representations have involved actions with complex circumstances and alleging billions of dollars in shareholder losses and include work on behalf of McKesson Corporation and its officers and directors, and certain former officers and/or directors of X Corp. (formerly known as Twitter) and SunEdison Corporation.

Jaime serves on the editorial board of the Enhanced Scrutiny blog, where the Sidley team provides timely updates and thoughtful analysis on M&A and corporate governance matters from the Delaware courts. Jaime is also co-chair of the Northern California chapter of the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF).
