Albert Cho is a funds partner in the Firm’s Hong Kong office. He focuses on forming private investment funds, including buyout funds, growth equity funds, venture capital funds, special situations funds, debt/credit funds, secondary funds, funds-of-funds, real estate funds and hedge funds. He counsels fund clients on operational and structuring matters, co-investments and secondaries transactions, and he provides on-going advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
