Partner in Legance since the creation of the Firm in 2007. Managing Partner of Legance since 2013. Head of Employment and Industrial Relations team.

Previously, he was Partner at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners where he held management roles and was the head of the Labour Law team.
