Alexandre Abitbol is a partner in the French office of Ogletree Deakins.

He holds a diploma of specialisation in labour law and is a member of the Nanterre Labour Court.

He advises French companies and French subsidiaries of international groups on individual and collective issues, mainly in relation to redundancy plans and related litigation.

He regularly assists clients on working time issues, negotiating and drafting collective agreements, managing employee representative bodies and trade unions, collective dismissals and transfers of personnel.

He is a visiting lecturer in labour law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Alexandre is a regular contributor of employment law articles published in the international guide Chambers Employment Practice.

He co-authored the article "An introduction to Employment" in Chambers Employment Practice In-Depth Overview for France in 2023 and 2024.
