Career
Aline is focused on the formulation of legal solutions for entities in the third sector and for companies focused on impact businesses, including legal assistance for their development, drafting and implementing regulatory strategies and defending their interests with administrative and judicial bodies. She has experience with donation taxation, tax incentives, endowments and the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC).
Before joining VMCA, Aline coordinated the advocacy area of the Group of Institutions, Foundations and Enterprises (GIFE) where she led actions to promote an enabling environment for civil society organizations. Aline also has experience in public administration, both executive and legislative. She was Head of Technical Advisory at the Office of the Government Secretariat of São Paulo City Hall and Senior Lawyer at the São Paulo Film and Audiovisual Company – SPCINE, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of São Paulo Urbanismo (SP-Urbanismo). She was also parliamentary advisor at the São Paulo City Council, where she worked on the formulation of the São Paulo Strategic Master Plan, Law nº 16.050/2014.
