Amy Lush has a keen interest in all aspects of family law.
Amy advises and represents individuals in a wide range of family cases, including, financial disputes under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973; private law children proceedings including applications for enforcement and variation of child arrangements orders; and non-molestation and occupation orders. She regularly acts for applicants and respondents from first hearings through to finals hearings.
Private law children: Amy regularly acts for applicants and respondents, including Rule 16.4 Children’s Guardians and grandparents, in all aspects of private law children proceedings.
Financial Remedy: Amy regularly acts for applicants, respondents and intervenors in cases involving financial remedies on divorce from first directions appointments through to final hearings. Amy is available for private remote FDR hearings.
She is qualified to accept instructions directly from members of the public and professional clients under the Direct Public Access scheme, or assist with ongoing matters.
