Ana Diculescu-Șova is heading the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. Drawing on her 48 years of experience in the legal field, Mrs. Diculescu oversees, coordinates, and offers key input in all major disputes the NNDKP team is working on, particularly with respect to the optimal strategy for each case.
She has built a stellar career, with over 50,000 appearances before national and international courts and arbitration panels. She is widely acknowledged for successfully handling challenging, high-profile and high-stakes cases involving contentious matters across various legal areas (civil law - real estate proceedings under special property laws, contracts, corporate, banking, administrative and tax disputes, as well as disputes concerning public procurement, foreign investment and insolvency matters).
International legal guides and clients describe her as a leading figure in the dispute resolution practice area, being considered “a guru of her generation” by market commentators.
Mrs. Diculescu-Șova founded Ana Diculescu Law Office, which merged in 2001 with Nestor Nestor Kingston Petersen creating Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. She was also an ad hoc Judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
