Roxana has over 16 years of professional experience in the employment field.

She is specialized in advising private Romanian and foreign clients on individual and collective labour relationships, in the context of major projects or day-to-day labour issues arising during regular business activities. Her practice also covers aspects such as the execution, amendment, suspension and termination of employment contracts, employees’ non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations, drafting and revision of internal regulations and policies, conclusion and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, restructuring projects, implementation of individual and collective dismissals, labour disputes.

She has been a Partner with the firm since 2021.
