Ms. Urquizo practice focuses on counseling and protection of Intellectual Property rights. It includes, among others, the development of prior search processes, the planning of strategies aimed to the protection of trademarks and patents, the execution of the suggested plans, the obtaining of rights and maintenance actions. Likewise, she is involved in the negotiation of various types of contracts in this area, such as licensing and transfer of all types of Intellectual Property rights, franchise agreements, among others.

Ms. Urquizo has more than 25 years of experience, focusing her professional practice in Intellectual Property matters. In 1993 she joined the law firm Creel, García-Cuéllar y Müggenburg, S.C. in the Intellectual Property practice, which in 2008 was absorbed in its entirety by Müggenburg, Gorches y Peñalosa.
