Mr. Juan Luis Blanco Montoya has been part of the Müggenburg, Gorches y Peñalosa litigation team for more than a decade, focusing his professional practice in the areas of Administrative Litigation, Constitutional and Amparo, Commercial and Civil Litigation and International Litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Blanco worked at a prestigious tax law firm in Mexico City and in the legal department of a financial institution.
Mr. Blanco also has experience in litigation related to a variety of matters, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Cyber Law/Information Technology, Product Liability, Strategic Litigation, Family Litigation, Health Care Regulatory, Environmental, Antitrust, Energy, Infrastructure, and Government Procurement.
In addition, Mr. Blanco has implemented several legal strategies advising national and multinational clients in various sectors, including the pharmaceutical, financial, IT and real estate sectors.
