Andrea Olšovská

Career

Andrea Olsovska is an attorney at law and the head of the labour law desk of our Bratislava office. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2001. In 2006 Andrea joined PRK Partners as an associate. In 2010 she completed her Doctorate (JUDr.), successfully defended her dissertation (habilitation thesis) and was promoted to full professor in the field of labour law at the University of Trnava (Universitas Tyrnaviensis). Since 2001 she has been teaching labour law at the Faculty of Labour Law and Social Security Law of the University of Trnava. In 2015 Andrea was named Dean of the University of Trnava Law Faculty.

As an expert in labour law, she lectures at seminars and conferences and has authored numerous professional and academic articles on labour law issues. Andrea was a member of labour law working groups at the Institute for Labour and Family Research, a member of the European Commission and of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic. Andrea has been recommended as a leading practitioner in the area of labour law by the respected legal directory Chambers Europe.
