Career
Worked for a major Milan-based firm of certified tax advisors, accruing experience in the sector of tax and corporate consulting for medium-large companies.
In 1985, founded CBA Studio Legale (previously Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti & Associati) of which since 2007 is Managing Partner Under the scope of extraordinary transactions, he assists:
1. national and international private equity funds, both during start-up and investment/divestment, setting up the investment and the financing structure
2. hedge funds in distressed M&A activities
3. banks and companies in financial restructuring transactions
4. investors in the BoDs of the targets.
He acts, for some institutional investors, as a senior advisor in the evaluation of the Italian market and possible investments.
