Career

He is assisting international clients, from automotive and aerospace to luxury and fashion companies both on a contractual level (JD agreements, R&D and supply agreements, license agreement, trade secrets and transfer of know-how) and in litigation where different jurisdictions are involved. He has extensive experience in international M&A transactions related to IP and cross-border litigation related to patents, trademarks and software.
