Anjan is a dual-qualified senior legal expert in infrastructure and energy project development and finance, public private partnerships, government contracts and public procurement. He represents clients in every aspect of development, financing, construction, operation, M&A and disputes of capital-intensive projects and facilities around the world. He has more than 20 years of experience advising international and domestic banks, funds and financial institutions, multilateral agencies, sponsors, developers, investors and governments. His projects include roads and highways, sea-links, ports, airports, power plants (conventional, solar, wind and hydro), waste management facilities, metro and rail networks, smart cities, special economic zones, oil and gas facilities, social and healthcare infrastructure such as hospitals and diagnostic facilities, agribusiness, educational institutions, telecommunications networks and facilities, battery storage and charging infrastructure and other infrastructure assets.
