Antonia has substantial experience in structuring real estate investments, acquisition of large portfolios of units, sale, purchase and management of commercial properties (commercial centres, logistics and office projects and production facilities) as well as in real lease arrangements.
She has represented a number of automotive suppliers and large industrials on their market entry in Bulgaria by structuring state incentives and providing compliance advice on the local environmental regulations.
Antonia is also co-head of Dispute Resolution in Sofia and has strong expertise in real estate litigation.
