Diana is counsel to corporations, investment funds and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters, including the acquisition of private and listed companies, tender sales processes, large infrastructure projects, restructuring and corporate governance.

She has advised numerous international companies – and some of the most significant investors in Bulgaria to date – on their market entry and, subsequently, on the entire spectrum of ongoing corporate matters.
