Known for her unparalleled legal, scientific, and technical acumen, Archana is the go-to person for patent protection and enforcement, prosecution, pre-grant and post- grant oppositions, appeals, revocations, plant variety protection as she manages an extensive portfolio of patents.

A leading voice advocating the cause of women in IP, Archana heads a team of lawyers-cum-scientists, engineers, biotechnologists, chemists, and physicists – advising extensively in adversarial proceedings.
