Aron is a partner in Fox Williams' employment team. He specialises in providing prompt and practical employment and partnership law advice to businesses and senior executives, mainly in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors.
Aron advises both employers and employees and his clients range from multinationals to start-ups, law firms, fintechs, PE firms, listed companies and banks.
Aron has particular experience in dealing with high-value employment and partnership disputes involving whistleblowing, discrimination, bonuses, restrictive covenants and team moves. He has considerable experience of defending and bringing claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal in the employment tribunal and of supervising junior lawyers in undertaking this work for employers and employees.
Aron also helps clients with general HR issues such as disciplinaries and grievances, and advises on the redundancy and TUPE implications of large business reorganisations and transfers. Aron’s main sector focus areas are financial and professional services, fintech and technology. He acts for numerous employers in the natural resources sector. He is frequently involved in cross-border deals and disputes. Aron is experienced in advising on the employment issues facing firms and individuals subject to FCA/PRA regulations, including dealing with investigations, disciplinaries and managing reputational issues.
Aron’s individual clients include lawyers, accountants, fund managers, board directors, investment bankers, brokers and leading figures in the financial services and professional services sectors.
