Practice Areas
Employment law is Åsa Erlandsson's passion and primary area of work since 1998. Her clients are employers, both foreign and Swedish, whom she assists in all areas of employment and labour law, including disputes and discrimination cases.
Her guiding principle is to be pragmatic and personal, ensuring that her advice is always tailored to the client's individual business and operations. She understands what it is like to apply employment and labour law "for real," having served as the MD/MP of Setterwalls for several years in parallel with her employment and labour law practice.
Her practice covers all aspects of employment and labour law, from day-to-day issues such as work environment, employment contracts, and terminations (including issues related to the protection of the employer's business, competition clauses, and confidentiality), to restructurings and company disposals, and labour law disputes in court. She has a special interest in discrimination cases.
To ensure her practice is integrated into her clients' world, Åsa often holds seminars and lectures at or in collaboration with clients or various networks on different subjects within employment and labour law. Additionally, she is active as a member of the Council of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of the Swedish Bar Association and its Education Board, and participates in several associations and networks in her area.
