Johannes Ericson is specialised in domestic and international arbitration as well as commercial litigation.
Johannes has acted as counsel in numerous disputes, including in the Swedish Supreme Court, encompassing a wide range of areas such as M&A, Securities and Finance, Audit, Supply, Energy, Insurance, professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability and product liability. Johannes has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations under the SCC, the ICC as well as other arbitration rules.
Johannes is president of the Swedish Litigation Association and a member of the research panel for tort law at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law. He is ranked as a “Leading individual” in Dispute Resolution and Insurance by Chambers and Partners and “Recommended lawyer” in Dispute Resolution and Insurance by Legal 500. Johannes is also recommended by Who’s Who Legal as well as Expert Guides, Guide to the World’s Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers.
