Ben is a Partner and Head of Employment Law. He has specialised in employment law for over 10 years' representing employer clients from a range of sectors, including charities, healthcare providers, construction companies and service providers in Employment Tribunals across the UK.
Ben is also a Non-Executive member of the Lindsays management board and is involved in the Firm’s on-going management and strategic matters.
Career
Ben joined Lindsays in 2011 as a Senior Associate.
He became Partner and Head of Employment Law in 2014.
Work Highlights
• Acting for a service provider in respect of 180 equal pay claims
• Advising several large charity clients in respect of disputes between their board and CEO's
• Representing an employer in respect of claims brought under the discrimination of the grounds of religion or belief regulations
• Representing numerous clients in respect of Unfair Dismissal claims
• Acting for the service provider in respect of a TUPE transfer involving circa 9,000 employees
• Co-authored the UK chapter of the Kluwers Guide to Redundancy Law in Europe
