Ben is a dual-qualified Solicitor and Chartered Financial Planner, currently serving as a Partner at Napier Sterling.

As a lawyer, Ben specialises in regulatory matters and dispute resolution, particularly within the realms of sport and financial services. His expertise spans contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on regulatory structures, business models, control application changes, regulated activities, and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) permissions. Ben is also adept in handling claims involving the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), and retail investment mis-selling cases. His extensive legal and financial expertise has made him a sought-after expert witness in financial litigation and fraud investigations. Additionally, Ben serves as the firm's Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).

Ben holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Birmingham. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and was previously a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI).
