Sam leads the Corporate and Commercial practice at Napier Sterling, and is a partner in the Corporate team. Sam's has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly trans-Atlantic. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions for listed and private corporate groups, asset managers, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth families. Sam's transactional expertise includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, board governance, shareholder disputes and fund formation. Sam is frequently asked to assist clients on strategic issues, including 'before the term sheet' considerations. His commercial contracts advice includes sales and servicing agreements, supply agreements, co-operation agreements, brand ambassador agreements and branding and sponsorship.
