Since April 2000 she has led the employment department in Paris and she is also Co-Head of our International Employment Group. Benjamine has also developed specific expertise in cross-border transactions and their effects on employees, including outsourcing, restructuring, union negotiations and compensation strategies. Benjamine appears regularly before civil and employment courts in France. She is the author of a number of articles on employment law, notably on the subject of information technology and regularly speaks at conferences.
