Studied law at Passau University, at the same time founder of an IT company (software development, data recovery, web design), doctoral thesis (SJD equivalent) on copyright law. Prior to founding ARNOLD RUESS, Bernhard Arnold was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. He is a lecturer inter alia at Duesseldorf University's IP LLM course.
