Career

Her practice focuses on the court settlement of disputes relating to company recovery operations, insolvency and debt restructuring; in some cases, she has acted as attorney for the creditors and in others as attorney for the debtors.

She also participates in the court settlement of consumer credits, advising, in general, the providers of services or suppliers of goods.

Her practice also involves monitoring those disputes in the pre-litigation and out of court stage.
