Partner since January 2012. Joined Cuatrecasas in 2006.Specialist in cross-border M&A deals (leveraged and non-leveraged) and corporate restructuring mandates in a wide range of sectors. He has been involved in transactions in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors (especially in hospitals; motorways: hydroelectric, wind and solar plants). His clients include major companies in the energy sector, private equity funds and other financial sponsors, infrastructure investment funds and industrial partners.
He is an expert in all stages of project development, joint ventures, commercial contracts, due diligence, risk assessment and management of legal solutions.
