Bertrand Sénéchal main practice is securities law and in particular equity capital markets transactions (initial public offerings, capital increases, block trades) and debt capital market transactions (equity-linked securities, high-yield and sovereign debt), in France and outside of France, including in the United States. He also advises listed companies on their disclosure obligations, ad hoc and on an ongoing basis, and on issues relating to the “Market Abuse” regulation, corporate law and corporate governance.
Bertrand Sénéchal joined CMS Francis Lefebvre as a partner in November 2023.
