Grégory Benteux specialises in both domestic and offshore securitisation and structured finance transactions relating to all forms of assets (in particular trade receivables, tax or public receivables, loans, tangible assets…). Grégory is involved in the setting up of securitisation programmes for French and foreign credit institutions or for major companies. He has an important experience in off-balanced sheet transactions (IFRS, US GAAP, French GAAP).
Grégory is also a recognised expert in covered bonds.
He has extensive expertise in the field of structured financing (acquisition financing, real estate financing, stocks financing, equipment financing, French trust (Fiducie), etc.) or other traditional financing (loans, credit facility, trade financing, guarantees, factoring, security package…).

He is a member of Paris Europlace, organism that stands for French capital markets. Regularly quoted or published in economic and financial publications, he has participated in several seminars in banking and structured finance.
