Brian McDonough represents developers in real estate matters using federal low income housing tax credits and government loan programs including tax exempt bonds for multifamily housing developments. He represents buyers and sellers of tax credit projects ending their compliance periods in connection with re-syndication of such projects.

Brian McDonough is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He chairs the Firm’s Affordable Housing & Tax Credit Group and is based out of Miami, Florida.
