Brittany Sakowitz is a partner in Kirkland’s M&A and private equity practice. She represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies and other public and private companies in connection with strategic transactions, control and minority investments, venture capital, and joint ventures. Brittany counsels clients in a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, energy and energy services, technology and consumer goods and services.
