Camila Goldberg is a partner in BMA’s Corporate and Capital Markets practices area since 2007. She has extensive experience acting for national and international companies, including financial institutions, in public and private offerings and other equity transactions, as well as in structured financing, debt restructuring and project finance transactions. Camila also acts in M&A transactions, with both domestic and extensive cross-border M&A experience and has solid experience in “Crisis Management” situations.
Camila was a member of BMA's Executive Committee from 2012 to 2019 and is now a co-manager of the firm, being responsible for BMA’s Marketing and Business Development activities in addition to her law practice.
Camila has lectured in Banking Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Law School and IBMEC. She has also published several articles on securities law.
