Infrastructure, and Real Estate law practices. He is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana and is an economist from
Universidad Nacional de Colombia; he also holds a master’s degree in Economics from the latter.
Carlos has more than 12 years of experience and has led the structuring of public-private projects, as well as diverse financings.
