Carlos Eduardo Acedo’s books are: the Role of Negligence in Tortious Liability in Venezuelan Law Compared to French and Italian Law (doctoral thesis at the University of Paris II); Insurance Law (coauthored with Manuel Acedo Mendoza); and Abusive Clauses and Standard-Form Contracts (upon incorporation at the Academy of Social and Political Sciences).
